By accessing or using StripFeed ("the Service"), operated at stripfeed.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
StripFeed is an API proxy that converts any URL into clean Markdown content optimized for AI agents and LLMs. The Service provides content extraction, Markdown conversion, and token counting through a RESTful API.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your API keys or account. API keys should be treated as secrets and never exposed in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service enforces rate limits and monthly request quotas based on your plan. Free accounts are limited to 200 requests per month and 1 API key. Pro accounts allow up to 100,000 requests per month with unlimited API keys. Enterprise plans offer custom limits. Exceeding your plan limits will result in requests being rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of StripFeed. Content fetched and converted through the API remains the property of the original content owners. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and process any content through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted content will be complete or accurate. Content extraction quality may vary depending on the source website's structure and accessibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StripFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland.
